Service Description
Caring for yourself means caring for yourself as a whole - Mind-Body-Spirit. We may feel unwell and the doctor is treating an illness, but that does not mean that we cannot treat ourselves from within to allow ourselves to heal in our mind and spirit also. We may be out of balance with our diet, our anxiety, or sleep patterns due to other things in our lives. Soul Care sessions can align our minds to allow sorting of these imbalances into order using Mindfulness Techniques, Reiki, Meditation Techniques and other healing therapies to bring calm and order to our daily lives. At the initial appointment a consultation will be done with the client to establish what they wish to achieve from the sessions and how many sessions they wish to have. The first treatment will be carried out at the first appointment and techniques taught for continued effect at home. At further appointments, if requested, then the long term plan is put into place and further treatments are booked and planned around the clients requirements. This is all about the clients needs and wants and their own personal journey - some will require only one treatment path others may want more than one. The Mindfulness Journey is a true soul care session that allows the client to tailor make their experience.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs can result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the deposit paid (refunds are NON REFUNDABLE). If treatments that are part of a plan or a group are consistently missed or cancelled we reserve the right to cancel the whole package with no refund if more than 50% of the treatments have been redeemed. If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We may a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
